Dear me,

I appreciate your attempts to multitask. It's great that you can do lots of different things while simultaneously plotting out entire scenes in your head. It's even better that you can usually manage to remember it all until you get to your computer, usually some number of hours later.

That being said, you are pretty much incapable of keeping whatever you're thinking about off your face. So, sitting up in the choir loft where everyone can see you during church? Probably not the best place to be plotting out a porn scene. Just saying. You really don't want to have to explain what you were thinking about to the little old ladies who are watching you make faces.

They do care, but they're also very easily disappointed. It meant I was an overachiever all the way through high school because I craved their approval, but the instant I moved away, I started slacking so much on everything that I nearly dropped out of college. Now I'm slowly getting back to the way I was in high school, which is driving me crazy. But it's nice to know they care. They drive me crazy, but they're really good parents.

I barely passed my math and even my general bio course. And ironically enough? Failed psych 101 lol. Yet got an A this semester for forensic psychology...apparently I only understand sickmotherfucker psych lol.

Yeaaaaaahhhh see I just don't even bother trying to take classes before noon though the dickwads at my uni only offer forensic anthropology at like 730 on a friday... (My other rule is no friday only classes b/c I tend to forget about em til thursday nite) and not to sound like a diva but for a 730 class I'd have to leave at like 6 to get there on time and srsly you do not want to deal with me when I've just woken up to sit in traffic. I am a beaaaassttt.

Yeah, I'm pretty much nocturnal when left to my own devices. The days I did make it to class were usually the days when I stayed up all night. And I feel your pain. There are a lot of music classes-usually music theory, which is fucking hard-are only offered at 8am. Why always music theory? Why not something easier, like music history? I don't know. But it sucks when even the teacher looks at you and says 'You know what? It's too early for this shit.' And I also feel your traffic pain. I love how people who live 5 minutes away from school complain about how hard it is to get to class on time when I live over a half hour away.

That sounds like the worst sound in the world. D: The lady's actually kind of nice so long as you agree with everything she says and dress the way she thinks you should...Although I think it pisses her off that I get all the descants that she used to get. Not my fault she's constantly sharp or flat.

Eh. As someone who's not looking to have sex right now, I don't begrudge them their fun times. But I can see why it would be annoying to someone who does want some sexytime of their own.

Aww, so she's just one of those mean old ladies that isnt really mean is just lonely and misunderstood lol;--- hahah oh the perils of getting older? (be proud of me, i figured out that a descants had to do with singing after a minute or to <3 )

That's actually a really awesome idea. Too bad it didn't work out. Alternatively, you could always have slept in your car in the parking lot the night before. People who say probably would have just thought you were passed out from some party since the weekend starts on Thursday. ;)

I'm very proud of you for not killing your grandmother and figuring out that descant was a music thing. (FYI, nowadays the term descant usually refers to a line in a piece of music that is separate from and higher than the melody. Kind of like a solo, except that it's still sung at the same time as the other lines. Does that make sense?)

Oh, believe me. If it was something that I cared about, I would be the same exact way. ;)

THEY ARE AMAZING! I'm a fan of pretty much anything that lets me float around above the staff while everyone else is singing the boring melody that I was sick of 20 measures ago. ;)
