1. My internet has been out/so-slow-nothing-would-load for the last few days. It looks like it might finally be up and running at full steam again, but I'm hesitant to get my hopes up. Fingers crossed, guys! I'll try to get caught up on comments and post a couple of fics tonight, provided things stay as good as they have been.

2. Thank you so much to everyone who voted for me at the ryanandesposito ficathon. My cracky interior design AU took first place and that's all because of you crazy, wonderful people. Seriously, guys, how are you so awesome to me? ♥

3. The more I watch Suits, the more I adore Donna and wish Rachel would just sort of...go away. Also, I can't even remember the name of Mike's little not girlfriend who was dating Trevor. That's how little I care about her. Jessica kicks ass though. So basically the half of the female cast I'm probably supposed to be intrigued the most by because they're the 'love interests' is the half I don't give a rat's ass about. The other half I love--seriously, my girl crush on Donna is beyond words at this point--and I can't help but feel that says something about USA's treatment of female characters on their shows. I might write up a post about that later once I've had more time to ponder over it.

4. So, everyone's seen the video of JGL jumping around naked in his shower and being adorable while ironing his clothes, right? Right? If not, go watch it here. No, really. Pretty much anything else can wait.

lol Wow. How big was the orgy that loading a dishwasher afterward would have been too much effort? Maybe it's my southern upbringing, but I'd break out my nicer plates for my orgy. It just seems like good manners.

All I know is that if I ever throw an orgy or am tapped to plan one, there will not be a paper plate in sight. Also, there will be more tasty, homemade food than you can shake a dick at. But nothing too heavy. I can't imagine you'd want anything like chili before an orgy.

With a really light, kind of creamy and tangy dressing? Mmm. Now I'm sifting through my cookbooks and recipes, putting together a menu for an orgy I'm 99.999% likely to never have.

I also think that if we're mixing food and sex, I'd be remiss to not set out at least a few bowls of things like whipped cream and ganache.

Exactly. And you don't even need to have a big budget to make an event nice. It drives me crazy when people try to use that as an excuse.

So true. Though I will say that tiny budgets do tend to add stress to party throwers.
