LOL Spencer is running that relationship like a boss and its adorable...and Emma has TOTALLY picked up on her daddy Spencer's tricks on how to handle Derek. Poor Derek doesn't stand a chance.

and I giggled at the Hotch/Jack bit b/c man...that is SO Hotch right there. And you know Hotch refused to apologize for it too...I shudder to think of what would happen if Hotch had a girl. Can you imagine the poor boy coming to pick up Aaron Hotchner's little princess? At least Derek has Spencer to keep him somewhat sane :)
