Hi! Hi flist hi, I love you!

I feel like I've been neglecting you guys, so I come bearing things to hopefully put smiles on your faces. First, there are a couple tiny fics I wrote on twitter last night, one Supernatual and one Inception.

Magic Fingers, Dean/Cas, Supernatural

"Dean, I don't want to get on the bed."

"It's fine, really. Look, Cas, you really think I'd do something to hurt you here?"

"It's not that. But..."

"But what? You had no problem with doing it in the Impala. Why is it such a problem here?"

"But Dean, the Impala doesn't have..."

"Have what?"

"..."

"Cas, come on. Whatever's bothering you, you can tell me."

"The Impala doesn't have fingers."

"...fingers."

"Yes, the bed has magic fingers."

"...FINGERS."

"I don't wish to have anything other than you touching me, Dean."

The Cupcake Wars AU, Arthur/Eames, Inception

"Crickets. I can't believe you're using the crickets in your batter."

"I think they give my cakes a very interesting nuance of flavor."

"Crickets."

"Don't be that way, darling. Just because the French one was less than complimentary about your blood orange cupcake, that's no reason to take things out on me and my delicious, delicious crickets."

"I hate you."

"Mmm, it tastes hoppingly good."

"Hate. You."

I was kind of drunk last night, okay guys? Does that not do it for you? How about some pics? Here's a lovely one of THardy.

Every time I look at this pic, all I can think is 'cock goes where?' in THardy's voice.

Is that still not enough? Really? Okay, if you're going to twist my arm.

In conclusion, you guys are Beaches and I love you all! :D

WE CANNOT RECOMMEND A MOVIE SOLELY ON ONE SCENE IN WHICH HE EASILY PICKS UP A GIRL I AM SORRY. THERE MUST BE SHIRTLESSNESS. DO BETTER NEXT TIME.

tsk

NOW ONTO SHE'S THE MAN.

AND THAT CLIP OF HIM ALL STARRY-EYED OVER JAMIE BELL.

I saw this tiny little red-headed gay waiter/barback the other night at a gay club and he looked so angry at being at work and I kept thinking of him as Esca.

Those are both good things in my book. Seriously, I think I'm going to rewatch She's the Man tomorrow while I'm baking. I should have it on one of my external hard drives.

lol I approve of this wholeheartedly.

I felt bad for him, I mean, he looked pissed, and I was imagining him as someone else, but damn. DAMN. All skinny but hot, and shirtless, but in their suspenders/booty shorts outfit....It was nice.

lol I've had enough shitty work days to sympathize, but DAMN sounds about right.

I know! I wanted to befriend him, but he seemed cranky.

Maybe he will be in a better mood and still working there if I ever go back there.

There were muscle men dancing on the stage, but I was all, hel-LO waiter guy.

I'm suddenly sad that I've never gone clubbing.

I only go when dragged. Then of course I'm like the last one there, still dancing my terrible dancing.

I'm not big on crowds--claustrophobia and social anxiety FTW!--but I feel like it's one of those things I should try at least once. One of my friends was going to take me on a tour of the gay clubs in Birmingham when I turned 21, but then I moved before he could. :(

I tend to look like I'm having the most stilted seizure ever when I'm dancing, but it can still be fun.

Well keeping in mind, I have a hard time making friends, so anywhere I go is basically at the instigation of my super open best friend who makes friends with everyone, including the waiter (another waiter, not my red-headed sour-faced angel) so if I ever took you on a tour, it would be considerably less exciting, I could always take you, should you ever come out this way.

I'm the same way, except I lost my super open best friend who knows everyone when I moved. I have a couple good friends here, but no one who will drag me out to socialize, which I never really do when left to myself. If I'm ever in your area, I might have to take you up on that. At the very least, I'm buying you a drink, because you're freaking awesome. :D

[identity profile] rispacooper.livejournal.com 2011-08-16 05:36 pm (UTC)(link)
Aw. Just *aw*.

Of course one drink leads to one more, and then you're making out with a drag queen in the backseat and things just get *weird*.

Not that I would know anything about that.

It was just a kiss.

Yes, if only I blacked out when drinking. But nooooo.

It really makes me sound like a wild partier that I am not. I think I was just around wild partiers.

[identity profile] coffeebuddha.livejournal.com 2011-08-16 05:56 pm (UTC)(link)
You had a contact wild party.

Wait.

That doesn't sound right.

haha

That actually makes it sound sexier.

\o/

Man, I've been to maybe one party I'd categorize as wild in my life and I got bored and left before an hour had passed. Best 'adult' parties of my life were a couple of goat roasts, where we hung out and listened to music while the goat cooked on the spit and the Star Wars marathon weekend where we watched all six movies because my friend hadn't seen any of them.

[identity profile] rispacooper.livejournal.com 2011-08-16 06:08 pm (UTC)(link)
I am sad that one of your best times involved watching the first three prequel Star Wars movies. Booo.

It wasn't like...wild by their standards either, I'm sure. I mean I've been to gay clubs and straight bars (and one straight club or two, but uck) and gotten drunk and danced and had fun, but this was like...new to me, though they didn't seem phased. So there's that.

[identity profile] coffeebuddha.livejournal.com 2011-08-16 06:14 pm (UTC)(link)
We started with the originals. By the time we got to the prequels, we were so drunk from drinking games that they were more hilarious than pathetic. ;)

How blitzed would I have to be to stand Jar Jar one more time, I wonder? Wow.

My coworker the other day said, "Who's George Lucas?"

Seriously.

The answer is 'very'.

I...what? How is that even possible?

Re: Thug Brothers and the Dainty/Lethal Hipsters Who Make Them Happy in Their Pants

[identity profile] rispacooper.livejournal.com 2011-08-16 06:26 pm (UTC)(link)
I do not know how this is possible. But I was shocked I tell you. Shocked.

That makes my soul hurt. I was raised on Star Wars and Indiana Jones. Some of my earliest memories involve those movies. I mean, even if you don't like his movies, I don't understand how it's possible to not know who he is unless she grew up on a commune of something. =/
