Very true. I can barely watch Psych anymore and it has nothing to do with Shawn being in a het relationship--I honestly didn't mind him with what'sherface (Abigail?)--and everything to do with the fact that Shawn/Jules just feels wooden and clunky to watch.
Elizabeth is awesomesauce, though I admit to bringing some residual Saved by the Bell love into my relationship with her character. I know what you mean about the show though. I genuinely enjoy it when I'm watching it, but I can go months without watching the new episodes and not miss them.
Probably, but I'm an optimist at the very core of my shriveling heart. I can live with platonic on screen as long as there's plenty of fanfiction to fill in the gaps.
